Anna Lindberg (she/her)

Social Innovation Delivery Manager

Working on Gadigal Country of the Eora Nation

Anna’s mission at TACSI is to unite diverse teams around big dreams and shared goals, and support everyone on their journey to achieving great things. She is all about empowering success in others, and enabling people to do the best work of their lives.

As our Social Innovation Delivery Manager, Anna has a bird’s-eye view of all the projects at TACSI, and works with our teams to further share the impact we have on the lives of others. Her diverse career history spans a range of industries and roles (team leadership, account management, program management, communications, and innovation), and most recently focused on scaling technology consulting services and growing innovation programs in large law and the Big 4 firms.

This experience means she’s the perfect person to support our teams to deliver high-value outcomes for our clients and stakeholders. Anna says she feels privileged to do work that creates such a meaningful impact for those who need it most. Anna’s happiest surrounded by friends and family – ideally with great food and wine (and hugs) – but also loves snorkelling, yoga and exploring the world and seeking out new experiences, the very trait that led her to move from Sweden to Australia 10 years ago!

At TACSI, people are at the heart of everything we do.

At TACSI, diversity and inclusion is more than a statement; equality and accessibility are guiding principles embedded in everything we do. We strongly believe that it’s the collective sum of all our communities differences, life experiences, and knowledge that enables both ourselves and our partners to come together to tackle complex social issues. That’s why we’re committed to having a diverse team made up of people with diverse skills from all backgrounds, including First Nations peoples, LGBTIQ+, mature-age people, and people with visible and non-visible disabilities, regardless of sex, sexuality or gender identity.
